Born and raised in Washington, D.C., I overcame incredible odds from my youth. By pulling from the grace I experienced during my darkest lessons, my focus is to help individuals change their lives through spiritual health, personal growth, and professional development. I desire to provide action steps for every area of a Christian life, and my aspiration that people are equipped with practical principles to navigate the complex challenges life can bring while moving forward and making a huge impact in their community.
As A Minister
I have served as a best-selling author, certified chaplain, Bible studies teacher and assisted in planting a life-giving church in Raleigh, NC. With a pastor’s heart for leaders in the local church, I have also served as a Biblical leadership lecturer. When I’m not serving my community, you can find me ministering to over 200,000 followers on social media.
As A Public Servant
My love for people has led me to serve my community as a firefighter, educator, athletic coach, president of numerous nonprofit organizations, and a youth program director, which provides children with educational services that promote personal enrichment.
